Opera in the Paddock has always had the support of great providores, winemakers and local chefs and this year is no different.  We are pleased to continue our partnership with RELISH who are providing the catering at the post-performance party at the Mimosa performance.  It’s your chance to meet the artists after the show and in the beautiful Mimosa garden.

The cool climate of the New England and the rich fertile soil lends itself to the growing of a wide range of produce, from berries, apples, pears and a range of grapes that produce some award-winning wines, champagnes and ports to excellent lamb and beef.  All of which will be put to good use when Katrina White of RELISH puts together a wonderful menu of canapes and desserts to enjoy at the post performance party at Mimosa.  What a wonderful way to finish a night of exceptional entertainment.
